In a week from today, on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 2pm CST I will be offering a free mindfulness retreat as part of the Aqua-Terra Gratitude Festival in Eureka Springs. The Festival is the annual fundraiser for the National Water Center, and I encourage you to donate to their innovative work involving water mindfulness, low-cost sustainable communities and permaculture workshops.
I had hoped to be at the Festival in person, but persistent bronchitis is unfortunately keeping me from traveling.
The good news is that the Tis the Season to Be Mindful retreat is going to be virtual, through the power of Zoom. I will be leading a relaxing mindfulness practice to help you honor your life story, particularly anything you need to honor now. We will be discussing how to live more mindfully to close out this year in the most prosperous and restorative ways.
It’s a mini-retreat to prepare you for the holidays ahead.
All you need to do to gain access the retreat is sign up here.
Once you sign up for the retreat, I will be sending instructions on how to make the most of this brief retreat, and materials for the retreat. Hope to see some of you next Saturday!
